I went to Shinta BBQ with a friend for dinner on Friday evening, and our experience was excellent from beginning to end. The variety of food options was impressive, with a wide selection of meats, chicken, and fish to choose from, along with an assortment of vegetables and side dishes such as corn, shiitake mushrooms, and pineapple. Everything was fresh and well prepared, and the overall quality of the food was outstanding. I also ordered a mojito, which was refreshing and full of flavour. Every dish we tried was delicious and clearly made with care. Our server, Steven, provided exceptional service - he was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable! To finish the meal, we enjoyed the soft-serve ice cream and the deep fried milk, which were both absolutely delicious and the perfect way to end the evening. I had a fantastic time at Shinta BBQ. The quality of the meat, variety of dishes, and overall atmosphere were excellent. What stood out most was the outstanding service. We lost our water bottle here, we came back 3 days after but it seemed to be thrown away. The fried food was great, the wagyu was too oil, try once is enough. I’ll order black next time just for the fried dishes and dessert. I prefer thin beef tongue than thick one lol. But the gold level beef is definitely better than black level. Just not able to have that much. First bite was the best lol I love that bread btw, remember to grill it to be a bit crunchy before you eat. And yea, gold level is really expensive, you can’t eat that much wagyu!
Came for the Silver menu, left with a full stomach. The 20% cash discount promotion they currently have on was the big pull to get us to come in. Service was great and food came out quickly. M9 Toro and US Gold Grade Brisket were our favourite meats. The cheese corn side and sweet potato side were very very good. At other Yakiniku’s, they don’t really put a lot of cheese, but here they put a generous amount which makes it taste so much better! The soft serve and melons for dessert were a great way to end the meal!
Celebrated the big boy’s 15th birthday at Shinta last night and came out with a very full belly. The big boy preferred lean cut for his beef so we opted for that black menu, meat and other dishes came out very quickly, except for my pineapple which is a hit and miss every time I placed an order? Daddy didn’t know there is a cake option so we didn’t get to try their birthday cake offer, but big boy is happy and satisfied with the melons he is able to enjoy after his full meal. Service is great and we don’t smell bad after the meal, which is definitely a plus. We have been told there is no longer an elderly discount and it is cash or debit only. Reservations highly recommended.
We had a great time at SHINTA! I finally made it here and what a great spot. They were so busy on a Thursday nite. So I can only imagine what weekends are like. Our server Steven was amazing. He was always running around from table to table. He was definite multi tasking and did a great job!!
Had a very good lunch with 9 people at RH location yesterday. We had silver menus. All of my guests enjoyed the food and services, they said it was their best Japanese bbq experience ever. Our server Steve was really good, he was so patient with us, provided the accurate amount of food to us and didn’t come short. Half of my guests went to NY location and came late, restaurant manager allowed us to stay longer. The only regret I had was that I didn’t try to cow tongue ！
We tried their Silver Wagyu AYCE and were impressed with the selection. We ordered at least one of every beef option, and each one was high quality. Our stomachs don’t work like they used to, but everything tasted even better than we expected. Highly satisfied!
